Singaporean fashion designer, Jacqueline Koh, has spent over $136K (10 surgeries) in an effort to look like an anime character.  She’s got one more major surgery to go in March that she swears will be her last one.  Here’s a before and after photo. Before on the left has some photoshopping and right does not.  I’m sorry, but you looked better before. Now you look like an egghead with a Michael Jackson sphinx nose.
